Cayuga Health and Tompkins County Open New COVID-19 Sampling Center in Ithaca

March 23, 2020 Ithaca, New York –– Cayuga Health (CH) and Tompkins County officials announced today that they are opening a new COVID-19 sampling center location for patients who meet screening criteria for testing to handle more widespread screening. The Sampling Center will be open starting Tuesday, March 24 from 10am-3pm, Monday-Friday.

Cayuga Health Postponing All Non-Essential Surgeries

Cayuga Health Suspending Hospital Visitation

In response to the directive from NYS Department of Health, Cayuga Health is suspending all hospital visitation to Cayuga Medical Center and Schuyler Hospital.

Schuyler Hospital Limiting Visitors to One at a Time

Out of an abundance of caution for our patients and staff, on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, Schuyler Hospital will be implementing a policy of allowing only one visitor at a time for our patients in the Medical/Surgical and Emergency Departments.
